We respect your privacy. This policy outlines how Trilo collects, uses, and stores data.

1. What We Collect

Trilo only stores Discord-related information needed for bot functionality:

• Discord Server ID and Access Key

• User IDs and Team Assignments

• Matchup Channel Names and Game Outcomes

• Attribute Points and Upgrade Requests

We do not collect any personal identifying info outside of Discord IDs.

2. How We Use It

We use your data to:

• Track team ownership

• Organize league matchups

• Process game results

• Manage point-based upgrades

All data stays within your server’s environment and our local databases (not shared with 3rd parties).

3. Data Retention

Data is retained for as long as your server uses the bot. If you unregister, your server data is deleted and access keys are reset.

4. Security

Trilo stores data in local SQLite databases and does not use external APIs or cloud-based storage. While we take steps to protect your data, no system is 100% secure.
